What happens during a sound bath
We recommend wearing headphones (Apple AirPods are divine for the sound healing experience).
Participants lay back on a yoga mat and relax as planetary tuned gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other instruments are played to create a vibrational, healing experience that resonates with every cell in the body, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. These instruments put you in a state of deep relaxation, work to clear the subconscious, clear out stuck energy, calm the mind, and activate your body’s natural healing systems.
Utilizing state-of-the-art, highly recommended audio equipment, testing and perfecting several rounds, this virtual sound bath will not disappoint. Even though the experience of an in person sound bath cannot be replicated, this comes close.

For an optimal experience, it’s best to listen with headphones or through speakers. Please find a quiet space where you can relax and be uninterrupted for an hour. Simply lie down, close your eyes and get drawn into a soundscape that will relax and calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can count on sleeping well!
