After being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, Katie barely stumbled onto a yoga mat in 2017. Desperate for relief and energy, she found comfort and healing in the breathwork and flows, the mantras and meditation — and dedicated herself to healing her body, one asana, one intention at a time.
Shifting the tides from student to teacher, Katie is focused on the healing that yoga and spiritual intervention offer to our world. She is a true believer that all paths exist in the Divine and, so, her classes are dedicated to bringing light, hope and a sense of joy to each and every traveling heart. Interwoven with music, mantra, asana, and pranayama, Katie co-creates a beautiful space where all are welcome. She takes the time to love and encourage each student, just where they are. And, every now and then, she throws in a really silly joke, too… just to keep things light.
Katie completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training through Light on Lotus, 50 Hour Yin Training with The Yoga Loft, and Reiki 1 through House of Jai. She’s excited to complete Reiki 2 with The Yoga Loft in April 2021!
