Starr is a Massage Therapist and Ayurveda Practitioner. Also a teacher and student of Yoga having taken 200 Hours of Yoga Mittra Teacher Training. She believes we have the ability to heal ourselves through Balance, Lifestyle, Yoga, Meditation, Bodywork, Food and Natural Herbs. Starr hopes to be able to assist in your healing process. She has studied and continues to do so under incredible teachers. Thankful to have had the opportunity to study with Dr. Vasant Lad, Baba Hari Dass, Majulali, Genevieve Pujalet, and Suzy Nece just to name a few of the greats.

Treating each person as an individual. Starr will listen to your goals, needs, and concerns so that each moment you are together will help you come into balance and achieve the best version of you possible.


Kia Sinay has been practicing for 22 years in the south bay. She specializes in Advanced Acupuncture and Herbology (holding 3 advanced certificates from Jeffrey Yuen, Chinatown Wellness Center, NY), and is completing her Ph.D. at the American University of Complementary Medicine, Los Angeles, CA. Kia has published work on psycho neuro-endocrinology and digestive disorders.

The focus of her work and treatments centralizes in making relationships with the gut to the body’s inflammatory and immune systems.

She has found success in restoring health through the use classical Chinese medical theories and techniques including acupuncture, herbology, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha.
She continues to further her educational endeavors through her longtime commitment to studying under the living legacy Master Jeffrey Yuen, an 88th Generation Taoist Monk whose lineage dates back to the 3rd century BC.
